Kelly Roberson

Kelly Roberson first joined Bentler Mulder LLP an associate attorney in 2006. After taking some personal time for her family, Kelly returned to the firm in 2017. Kelly primarily assists with post-death trust and estate matters including trust administration, Federal Estate Tax Return (Form 706) preparation, and probate and probate court petitions and related matters. Other than her time as an associate attorney at Bentler Mulder, Kelly worked as a Certified Public Accountant for several local accounting firms preparing tax returns and financial statements for businesses, individuals, trusts and estates. Just before returning to Bentler Mulder, Kelly worked as a Trust Administrator at Wells Fargo Bank providing professional fiduciary services.

Kelly graduated from California State University, Long Beach, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She then earned her license as a Certified Public Accountant. Kelly graduated from Chapman University School of Law, in Orange, California, where she received her Juris Doctor with an emphasis in tax law. Throughout law school, Kelly was a member of the Tax Law Society and participated in Chapman's Tax Law Clinic, assisting low income taxpayers in resolving tax problems with the IRS. She was also a regular volunteer for VITA (Volunteers In Tax Assistance).

Kelly lives in Long Beach, California, with her husband Chris, their two children, Michael and Nicholas, two dogs and three cats. When not spending time with her family and pets, Kelly enjoys exercising, being outdoors and working on home improvement projects. She has also dedicated countless hours to rescuing injured wildlife and lost or homeless pets.
