Robin S. Bentler

Robin Bentler has practiced law for 27 years almost all of which were focused exclusively providing family planning and trust and estate planning and related services. Robin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of California, Irvine, a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law and a Master's Degree in the Laws of Taxation (LL.M. Federal Taxation) from University of Florida. Robin is happily married to Michelle, his wife of 28 years. They have one son, Jack who is 18 and headed off to college shortly with a goal of one-day taking over the firm. Robin enjoys travel and outdoor adventure with his family and friends.

Christopher Mulder

Chris has practiced law for 20 years. Growing up in rural New Jersey, he worked on a farm for 5 years paying his way through college, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from LaSalle University in Pennsylvania. Shortly thereafter, he became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). While continuing to work as a CPA, Chris obtained a Juris Doctor degree at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Chris is a recognized expert in forensic accounting and has balanced his areas of practice between business, estate, and personal injury defense litigation and estate planning and litigation.  Chris spends most of his free time with his wife mountain biking and enjoying televised sporting events.

Diane Parriott

Diane H. Parriott received her B.A. from the University of California, San Diego in 1999. In 2003, she received her J.D. from the University of San Francisco, School of Law. Thereafter, Diane received her LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2004, where she received the Dean's Certificate. In 2007, Law & Politics Magazine and Los Angeles Magazine named her a "Rising Star". Dianes experience includes the drafting of revocable and irrevocable trusts and related estate planning documents, as well as trust administration and probate matters. She counsels clients with strategic plans appropriate for personal, business and tax-related issues, which include corporate and business entity planning, restructuring and reorganizations, wealth transfers and other issues related to advanced estate planning. Diane is admitted to the State Bar of California, and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association. Diane has been designated by the California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate Law.
